PSA Properties Ltd reserves the right to pass on to the Customer, any cost increases which are beyond the control of PSA Properties Ltd up to the placement of the order with the Factory.
Our Quotation price does not include Local Building Authorities Resource and/or Building Consents or Permit fees payable.
On acceptance of our Quotation a deposit equal to 50% of the List Price is payable.
On receipt of the deposit PSA Properties Ltd will provide you with a set of plans and specifications of the building for guidance purposes. Once the building has been ordered and during the construction stage any alteration requested by the client is required to be submitted in writing to PSA Properties Ltd, These alterations may incur additional charges. Any additional charges involved will be agreed to and counter signed by both parties.
Any changes to the original drawings that require Council Planning or changes to the Building regulations consent are the sole responsibility of the Customer. We are unable to supply a site or storm water drainage plan which will be required for a consent. Any additional council fees, which may be applicable, are the total responsibility of the Customer. Should ownership of the property not have taken place, then written permission by the current owners is required?
Prior to the delivery of the building materials to the nearest agreed delivery point the outstanding balance of the Total Cost of Materials shown in the quotation is payable. The off-loading of all vehicles associated with the Self Build will be the responsibility of the client.
All Invoices must be paid immediately upon receipt of invoice, unless prior arrangements have been made with PSA Properties Ltd.
PSA Properties will not be liable in any manner whatsoever for delay in delivery or non delivery (or any costs associated therewith), which is attributable to transport delays, plant or equipment unavailability or shortage of material, industrial stoppages, or any other cause whatsoever, which is beyond the direct control of the Company.
The Customer warrants that they are entitled to erect the building on the site address as specified on plan. The purchaser will clearly identify the area on which the building is to be erected prior to the commencement of any work.
Should additional fixings be required other than what is supplied, The Purchaser will be charged accordingly.
In the event of entry onto the property of the Customer to effect delivery, PSA Properties, its servants, agents and contractors shall not be liable in any way or manner whatsoever for any loss or damage or injury caused to or sustained by any person or persons and arising out of and in any way connected with such entry and PSA Properties, its servants, agents and contractors shall at all times be indemnified and keep indemnified in respect thereof.
PSA Properties accepts no responsibility for incorrectly erected products were such erection has been carried out by the Customer, and were construction is carried out by contractors recommended by PSA Properties. Contractual liability is strictly between the customer and the contractor.
The customer needs to arrange for safe disposal of left over steel and building materials.
Should you be dissatisfied with the buildings structure, PSA Properties Ltd must be contacted by e-mail within seven days of delivery to rectify any issues you may have.
PSA Properties Ltd retains Title on all building materials until payment has been made in full and reserves the right to remove the building materials from the property if payment is not met.
PSA Properties Ltd reserves the right to add any debit collection fees incurred to any overdue account, Interest will be compounded monthly and charged on any overdue account at 2% above the current Bank of England base interest rate. Acceptance of our Quotation acknowledges
